TASKS
- Preparation of design documentation (fireproofing project):
- feasibility evaluation of adopted design decisions on fireproofing methods and means;
- calculations of strength and thermal performance;
- estimation of required materials;
- design of complex units;
- graphic detailed design of elements of the building frame.
- Performance of a set of works to replace the fireproof coating:
- abrasive blast cleaning of metal structures;
- application of anticorrosion and fireproof coating to metal structures of the boiler house at Energy Unit No. 3 of the Beryozovskaya GRES Power Plant.
The fireproofing project was approved by the State Fire and Rescue Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Federal State Budgetary Organization All-Russian Research Institute for Fire Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, and successfully delivered to the Customer.

- Five-level quality control of delivered works;
- The works were carried out 24/7 simultaneously with the assembly of the boiler and auxiliary equipment, electric installation and thermal insulation works, which implied a high level of simultaneous operation;
- The main unit that is 120 meters high is a technically complex facility that requires a special approach to the delivery of works;
- Industrial climbers carried out most of the works.
