    Protective treatment of surfaces in the setting of new construction




    • Preparation of design documentation (fireproofing project):

      - feasibility evaluation of adopted design decisions on fireproofing methods and means;

      - calculations of strength and thermal performance;

      - estimation of required materials;

      - design of complex units;

      - graphic detailed design of elements of the building frame.

    • Development of the design project for fireproofing of metal structures of the swimming pool of the Grand Sports Arena of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex with the consideration of technical properties of the venue and its further operational conditions:

      - technical specifications for protective coating;

      - technology of operations;

      - calculations of material usage (calculation of metal mass factor, required density of fireproof coating, volume of anticorrosion fireproofing materials);

      - graphic detailed design of all building frame elements at the Tekla Structures software complex.


    Works on applying epoxy coating onto metal structures of the Multifunction Swimming Complex building.

  • All works were delivered within a limited time frame
  • 85% of painting works were completed during the fall and winter season at the production facilities of the PJSC Chelyabinsk Steel Structure Plant.
  • The coating technology that could be used in the settings of the plant facilities allowed for construction works to be delivered regardless of the season and climatic factors, and to complete the works with minimal overlapping in operations with other contractors.
